Returns Policy

We realise that some circumstances may warrant the return of an order and will do our utmost to facilitate this where appropriate. We will do our best to exchange or refund your item as quickly as possible, but please remember that it may take a few days for us to receive and process the item.

Please Note: Returns will only be accepted if they are returned in their original condition.

We ask that before returning any goods to us, you read the Terms listed below and contact a member of our customer service team so that we may be aware of the problem and ready to receive the returned goods. If your item is excessively large or heavy, please telephone us to arrange a courier pickup. We are unable to refund any return postage or delivery charges. Once you confirm that you have received authorisation from us to return the goods, we will provide you with a return address. We recommend using a recorded delivery service or equivalent as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Refunds Procedure

Where a full refund is the suitable course of action we have a statutory obligation to refund payment to the card used to pay originally within 28 days of the return of the goods. However we do not believe it is right to hold your money for longer than necessary and so a refund will be provided as soon as possible. Please Note: Refunds are processed by credit and debit card companies less quickly than sales. A refund may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement after it has been authorised.

Exchanges Procedure

If you would like to exchange your goods for another item then we would normally have to wait for the goods to arrive with us before sending out your exchange. If the item you have requested is not in stock then we will refund your card.

Returns Policy

If you want to return the items you must do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Items purchased more than 30 days ago cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and labeling.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

Defective Goods

Defective goods can be returned within 28 days of delivery as long as they are still in a new and unused condition for an exchange or refund. In the case of defective goods, we can arrange for courier collections or we can refund return postage expenses upon return delivery. However this must be agreed with a member of our customer services team prior to paying for any postage.

Please note: at the request of some of our suppliers there are some items we may have to send back to the manufacturer for assessment; this may mean there is a delay on either supplying your exchange item or refunding your card.

Unwanted or Unsuitable Goods

You are free to return unwanted goods in a new and unused condition within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or for a refund. Please note, to protect our customers we can only refund to the original payment card.

Incorrect Goods Dispatched

We understand that we are prone to human error occasionally so if we accidentally send you the wrong item then let us know within 28 days of receiving the item and we will replace it for the correct item and refund you the full retail cost of the item(s).
