Standard Delivery Terms

Orders are always shipped at the first opportunity. We aim to dispatch your order within 14 working days, but please be aware that in instances where your order is out of stock delivery may take longer.

Most goods, excluding small or very large items, will be shipped by courier on a next day service. Delivery will take place during office hours and will require a signature. Orders to more remote areas are dealt with on an individual basis but all valuable orders are shipped using an insured service. Smaller or less valuable orders will be shipped by An Post.

We reserve the right to charge more for delivery as appropriate in exceptional circumstances or for very large or valuable items. We will always contact you to discuss the options before making any additional delivery charges.

International Delivery

Currently we ship online orders to Ireland and the UK only. Please contact us directly for ordering and deliveries to other regions. Also, please note that payment of additional local duty and taxes may be required in certain countries to enable receipt of the goods.

We reserve the right to alter our delivery charges in future without warning. Any changes made will be advertised on this page. We reserve the right to refuse delivery of we deem it necessary, or to charge for delivery where the wrong delivery type is specified. We reserve the right to refuse service in exceptional circumstances. We reserve the right to deviate from our published delivery charges if necessary.
